"I would like to make a formal complaint. The driving was extremely dangerous - the driver sped, went through red lights and was reading a document on his phone throughout. I am shocked that we were not pulled over. As someone who regularly commutes via taxi to airports, I have never had such a dangerous service. I even considered reporting the driver to the DVLA as the threat to others on the road was so pronounced. I would be grateful if this could be investigated and my fee be reimbursed.
